Yesterday I was given a glimpse. It wasn't something I was expecting but something I needed to see in order to firmly make the decision I was making. The glimpse was something I've been struggling with for awhile. On the edge of decision but still lingering with questions.
So late last night or early this morning, God showed up where I was and showed me what would happen if I chose the path that didn't lead to Him. It was terrifying. It put a lot of things into perspective. As I rolled out of bed this morning, thankful for how God works, He then reminded me of the glimpse of the future He gave me if I chose to walk with Him. A life filled with Joy. Unexplainable, unspeakable Joy.
With these 2 glimpses side by side, the decision is easy.

- I'm a 20-something, a product of my generation but an old soul with a caring heart and a stubborn will. I love Jesus and want to get to know him more. I procrastinate on the big stuff. I am an observer by nature. I over think everything. My memory amazes me daily. I rarely get lost. I love spending time with kids but really enjoy being able to give them back. I am enjoying the season of life I am in and the freedom that it brings me. I have been converted to a spa chick but I didn't need a lot of convincing. I never know the names of songs, even the ones I like. I love the summer rain. I am a reader and will read just about anything. I don't eat meat. I'm a quiet leader trying to find my own space in the world.
